I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Ernie from Zephyr Heating & Air. Our AC suddenly stopped working during a heatwave and Ernie came out the very next day to help us out. From the moment he arrived, Ernie was professional, friendly, and absolutely knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit and had it up and running in no time (so much so that I needed a blanket). We have 2 HVAC systems installed in our home. Kevin, the owner, came out to give us the estimate. We liked that he sat down and talked with us about our different options. He even suggested that we change our old recessed lights to make it cooler and more energy efficient. He said it was easy to do ourselves and told us what to purchase at Home Depot. Before we signed with him he always took our calls with the various questions we had. The crew that he sent out was ALWAYS on time, hard workers, courteous, they cleaned up the HVAC materials everyday before leaving our house. We would highly recommend Zephyr heating and air.

Angel and Francisco were great. They were not only pleasant to work with, but they installed our new heating and AC system remarkably quickly and with excellent workmanship. The technician arrive on time understood the issue and was able to replace a faulty fan motor very quickly. He was able to troubleshoot a fan speed issue and figured out a work around to improve airflow. Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the tech team. I would highly recommend this group.
